Living In Miami Beach

Fun, exciting, trendy, these are some of the words used to describe Miami Beach, Miami’s place for sun and fun.

Miami Beach is divided into 3 distinct and different neighborhoods.  South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach.

South Beach is fun and full of excitement.  Whether you are strolling down Ocean Drive, frequenting one of the restaurants or galleries on Lincoln Road, or shopping in a boutique on Collins Avenue, it’s the place to be.  Joe’s Stone Crabs, the News Café, and the Van Dyke are just a few of the famous restaurants that you’ll have to choose from.

South Beach also has exciting places to live.  Like Akoya, Apogee, Artecity, Capri, Continuum, Icon South Beach, Industry Lofts+Flats, Mei, S5 South of Fifth, The Absolut, The Angler’s Boutique and Resort, The Meridian, and Vitri to name a few.

Mid-Beach is a quiet residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets, easy ocean access, and just-enough shops and restaurants on Arthur Godfrey Road to round out your lifestyle.

Some of Mid-Beach’s places to live are 6000, Fontainebleau III Ocean Club, Mosaic, Ocean Sound, and The Bath Club.

North Beach is quickly becoming the next SoBe, but with a quiet residential feel.  NoBe has beautiful beaches stretching from the spacious North Shore Open Space Park, through Altos Del Mar, Ocean Terrace and down to 63rd Street. Great restaurants like Prima Pasta, Geroge’s, Lemon Twist and Ouzo’s.

Beautiful architecture is the key to North Beach’s new projects.  Like, Belaire on the Bay, Cabana, Canyon Ranch, Privata and Regatta to name a few.
